Help & support

A little help.Keep the job moving.

Answers for the office, the crew, and teams getting ready to use InstallX.

Who is InstallX built for?

Sign and print companies coordinating installation work. The office can plan jobs and schedule crews, while installers carry job details and updates into the field. You can manage both your own crews and subcontract work.

How do I get access?

InstallX is preparing for early access. Join the interest list with your name, work email, and company. We’ll contact you when access opens. Joining the list does not create an account or start a subscription.

Can installers use it on a phone?

Yes. InstallX runs in your phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen. Installers get a field workspace with their schedule, job location, contacts, work details, and photos. Sign in with the account your team provides.

What happens when the connection drops?

Previously saved job details can remain available on the phone. Supported field updates queue for syncing when the connection returns, and the app shows their status. Open the job while connected before heading out. Files and drawings still need an internet connection; do not assume every attachment is saved offline.

Where do I find customer and site contacts?

Open the job’s field sheet and choose Site. Customer information, the order contact, and the on-site contact are shown separately. Call, text, or email actions appear when those details have been provided by the office.

How do I report a problem?

Use the feedback option in the app to describe what happened. You can include an image or a short voice recording when your device supports it. If you cannot open the app, email support@ix.app and describe the screen and what you were trying to do.
