Yes. Invited subcontractors can respond to visits through the portal. They can also open directions and upload files for the work they are allowed to access.
Can we coordinate internal and subcontract work together?
Yes. Keep internal crew assignments in dispatch and outside visits in the subcontract planner. The shared calendar lets the office review both types of work.
Can subcontractors provide their insurance documents?
Yes. The subcontractor portal supports certificate uploads. The office can review certificate history and expiration dates, with assignment warnings or blocks depending on company settings.
